Merethic Restorative Resin NOT consuming Glass Style Motif fragments

I ran into a situation this week where I purchased 2 Metheric Restorative resin to convert glass motif fragments into glass style chapters. Upon use, the resin was consumed, the gold was gone, but the fragments remained in inventory and no motif style. The resin was purchased at the Mages Guild in Alik'r Desert.
Customer support has been amazing in resolving my personal problem. However, the initial problem still remains. Hope you can figure out what is causing the problem and fix it. I'm not willing to chance a repeat of the same problem at this time. I'm on PC NA server.

Erris✭✭✭Confirmed as well. I purchased three resin in Rawl'kha and they all just disappeared and didn't give glass motifs. I put in a ticket.0 -
