✭✭✭✭✭It's a dot not a direct melee attack. It never has procced those sets.
It can proc skoria - but not selene.5

Kozato✭✭✭I use it all the time; yes, it's still considered a melee attack. I'm not sure why it wouldn't be seen as anything but that.0 -

sly007✭✭✭✭I just tested viper. Rapid strikes does not proc viper. I also tested ravaging. Rapid strikes does not proc ravaging. Is this intended?0
