Now that I can no longer find any Prepaid membership cards anymore, is there any way to gift a friend who plays PC non steam version with a membership? The prepaid I hear gamestop provides only works for steam users, from what I heard.

You can send cash to his/her PayPal account though, and she can purchase ESO+ with it.
