Instead of it being a mount.....it allows you to levitate like the mages do in Eyevea. When you are in combat the levitation goes away......has the same rules as mounts........what say you?
I am a huge fan of the mages guild and I would love to be able to levitate around..........ONLY IN PLACES that allow mounts..........only a couple feet off the ground. I DO have the title of master wizard sooooo......yea. @Crownstore do your thing.

On the other hand levitation "mount" had to be disabled in cyrodiil PvP. Otherwise capturing castles will end up like this:

✭✭YESI just think it would be neat to have my Sorcs and Vampires glide effortlessly through levitation as their "mount" rather than an actual animal.
Movement speed, "mounting" and "dismounting", all aspects would work the same as Mounts currently behave, but with a much cooler animation.
I like this idea.
