Nope, nope, noooooooooope! There are certainly places where dueling is just insensitive, like in a crowded bank, but really. I'm not asking you to only do your business in dungeons, or only role play out in the wild. Cutting off the entire town? I've played games where they do that and it is a huge hassle.

But dueling is annoying to everyone else and creates an asston of lag. How does banking and crafting bother you or create long load times?

it's apparent that PVPers and Duelists have no concept of where to do things.

The problem with your load times is not duels it is your pc

Do you know what annoys me? People selling things in zone chat, and people looking for group in zone chat, all sorts of things, but I don't go telling them they can't go talking in chat or doing whatever irks me where I can't see them.
I rather like watching duels, sometimes hoping someone challenges me, so the scope of "everyone else" is narrower than you think.
Lastly, the sheer number of people in an area, crafting, banking, selling, creates lag. Take Rawl'ka as an example. Sometimes I need to go to these places, or just need performance, so I turn my graphics down so my computer can handle it. Subsampling quality can be reduced without a load screen and I have found for each step down you gain 10 FPS. I, and many other players, deal with these sort of things, but we don't go around telling people what they can and cannot do. Towns belong to no one.

Nah, we do have the concept of where to do things. It's just usually the cities where wayshrines are close, most ppl are gathered at, and are therefore easier to find ppl to duel with. It's not our fault for making the cities a good place to duel right? Don't blame us, blame ZOS for not making a dueling zone.

With the addition of dueling I have to say that the game is working overtime just to animate all of the nonsense going on inside the cities and near the wayshrines. So I'd like to make a suggestion called Sanctuary. In other MMORPGs Sanctuaries are locations that even if you are flagged or trying to duel it declines because it's an area of peace. It's a place where no faction exists and no PVP can take place.
I'd love to see this come to all of the cities in Tamriel in PVE zones because it's apparent that PVPers and Duelists have no concept of where to do things. I wonder sometimes if they just wander around making doodies anywhere they are standing in real life because that's just how annoying dueling is when you try to load into a city and you get the all too familiar "This might be a long load time" because not just one but a whole army of doofs are dueling inside the cities where crafting and banking is done.
Thank you.
