Morrowind: Duel Wielding Two Handers?

I noticed something during the trailer. I stopped it and uploaded this screenshot. This is a sorcerer with what looks like two-hander's on his back. Regardless if these are two handers, are there any one-handers that go on your back in this game?
Is duel wielding two-handers coming?

some maces are hammers, look at glass for an example, many one handed weapons are large enough to look 2 handed

✭This happens with some spells if you cast them while dual-wielding. You can see it on any character during the final main story quest with the activation spell things.If you quote someone, and intend for them to see what you have said, be sure to Mention them with @[insert name].2 -

It would get rid of a lot of jarring clipping issues with the side flap thingies on a lot of armor and costums.2 -

Cant test it cuz im not online, but maybe any1 can and confirm.

This would let us access both two handed and one other weapon skill like staff or sword and shield at once
Grinding just make you go in circles.
