Rawl'kha > Mournhold > Wayrest > Elden Root > Return to wherever was cheaper.
If I don't find what I'm looking for at a price I'm comfortable with then I'll expand to Craglorn but I'll usually stick to my main 4 cities.PC NA - EPHS0
