Upper Craglorn Cave Delver Bugged?

The only achievement I need left to complete all exploration in the game and it's bugged
I have completed that delve / explorable cave, I have the achievement for it but it will not complete...

✭✭✭✭✭Howling Selpuchers has a weird achievement to get. As you enter, at the bottom, there is a river that goes off to the left. Eventually you see a wounded wolf cub being harassed by Harpies. Defend it and then escort it down the river to momma. Daddy Wolf will reward you with a chest of vendor trash. Open that chest and you finish the cave.
This is assuming you have also killed all the bosses for that cave, one is kind of out the way, if I am remembering the place correctly.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I already did that too but the chest the wolf gives was empty....
Only 2 boss's to kill to clear cave....should not matter about the Wolf runt...even though I did do it...

That might be it. You have to do the Main Quest for the zone as there is one door you can't get in unless your doing the quest, and it has another boss in there.
But I have had to go back and help the runt to get the completion after doing the MQ.

Porting to group members who are already inside delves/dungeons/trials doesn't give the discovery, we actually have to physically walk to the entrance.

It took them about 4 days to deal with my last issue (and by deal with it, I mean confirm that it's a known issue and refund the gold the bug I was dealing with had cost me). In that four days, I got my ticket marked solved by a bot three times, only ending when I finally lost my cool a bit. Then they asked me to try something, I did and replied that it hadn't worked, and a bot marked my ticket solved and closed it again. Since it seemed to be the only thing that worked, I responded with irritation towards the bot system again and finally got--well, not a solution, but at least an acknowledgement of the issue.

The first response is always marking it as "solved" and closed by the bot. If you think about it, that makes sense because they probably get a vast number of really stupid tickets per day.
Always reply to the bot emails as soon as you see them. Try what I did; say something like, "I really need an actual person to read this." ✭✭✭Well support finally got back to me. Will see how it goes...had to go through these questions first...1. Which Delve is not showing as completed in the overall achievement list?
I already said twice.... The Howling Sepulchers
2. When did you do the one that didn't register?
3. Have you re-tried that delve?
Yes, no change.
4. Do you remember anything unusual that occurred when you first did that delve?
No, I completed it, killed the boss's as normal.
5. Take a video or screenshot of your screen where it shows that you still need to do one of the delves in the Achievement list and we'll be happy to review it further.

I've done that twice so far, and both times the chest was empty, but bizarrely still stuck around, allowing me to fruitlessly interact with it until I inevitably get bored and leave.

eta: went back, before continuing main quest and went thru the delve again, i'd missed the door to the dragon priest, Akiirdal,
once i killed him, i got the achievement(s).

✭✭I got this achievement on at least 3 of my characters last weekend while farming for motifs and skyshards - no issue with the cave delver achievement at all. Had a couple of times where the dragon priest wasn't there when I first arrived but apart from that, no problems.Australian on PS4 NA server.
