I'd be happy if they atleast wagged a tail and gave me a nod when I walked by.

Because ZOS gave their players the most bare-bones Housing update possible when compared to what other MMORPG's offer with their Housing.It's literally like a frozen statue.

This could be fixed by creating a tool for autogenereting Navmesh, but even this would likely require hand adjustents in order to work propperly. Unless furnishing is restricted to a wireframe, like in Sims and other sandbox games, I simply dont see how this is going to be possible.
