Bug with the achievement "Indecent Exposure" on PS4

It seems like a bug to get the achievement "Indecent Exposure". I tried it with different characters but it doesn't work.
I don't get the ingame achievement and I don't get the PSN Trophy.
The ESO Support told me I should open an bug report on this Forum.

Oakclaw✭✭I got both the ingame achievement and PS4 trophy a couple of weeks ago. Are you sure you're getting all the pieces? There are some guides out there that say you don't need the belt. In my case, I had to have it.

Gloves
Belt
Legs

The problem is solved. I followed the guides without using the belt. With the belt it worked.
By the way: I found a belt in the Castle in Wayrest (Wegesruh).0
