Cannot open event chest in Skyreach Catacombs after completing event

I've been able to reproduce this everytime I've ran Skyreach Catacombs today.
I can open the chest to trigger the event, along with the message telling me the event is ongoing. However, after I kill every mob in the room, I get no notifications that I've completed the event, and cannot interact with the chest in any way. I was just running this last night with no issues, not sure why this is happening now.
