Stam Pets

I want to mess around doing a stam pet build, but as it currently is all the morphs of pets are scaling off magicka. Another annoying issue is the fact that pets unspawn when you switch bars unless you have it on both bars. So my thoughts are possibly doing the follow. Please pipe in with your thoughts for or against this. Suggestions:
  1. Change one of each pet morph to have a stamina morph.
  2. Make it so pets do not spawn when that ability is not on the current bar.
  3. To unsummon a pet long press the ability.

It seems there is no way to edit the original post. I made a mistake in point 2, it should be:
    2. Make it so pets do not de-spawn when that ability is not on the current bar.

The warden may have that ability. But I think that the pet skill line should be made some what viable for stam builds. Right now there is only one stam morph of that entire skill tree, and it is isn't a very good one, Hurricane is way better.

I ran a bow/bow stamsorc who used a clannfear. The critter's health (therefore, ability to tank which is what I wanted him for) seems to scale based on your char level (not magicka). It seems to be the critter's damage which scales from your magicka. So my stamsorc's clannfear had fine health with poor dps - just like most tanks. :)

Not ideal, but it actually worked pretty well to let the archer keep shooting her bow.

If you don't wanna wait for warden but want offensive stam pets you're gonna want to get them from gear.

Mork sword does a ton of damage and scales with stamina. I haven't checked most set summoned pets but for example the Daedroth from maw has physical attacks that gain from the stam CP tree.

Werewolf pets are stam based too.

But until then only clannfear as a tank will help you without a large magicka pool.

From my understanding of Warden 'pets' the ONLY permanent pet is the bear, the others are simply specific animals that attack the target and disappear, just like a regular ability. If you're expecting Warden to have more than one permanently summoned pet, you're going to be disappointed.

Also, from my understanding, the Clannfear's health scales based upon your character's health. Thankfully last patch added 100% additional resistance to all summoned pets. ;)

so currently there are 2 armor sets you can use to get some temp pets. And werewolf, but once again temp. I was hoping for more perm. That's why i made the topic. Who knows maybe the dev's will see and agree.. or not.
