It's saying I'm already logged in. I've waited a long time for the server to recognize I'm not in. Should I do something else to fix this problem?

I saw the message that PlayStation is being affected but it didn't say anything about PC, and that's what I'm on...I AM UPDATING MY PRIVACY POLICY
