You want the Altmer woman with the long name that starts with N who shows up in each alliance's capital city.

I believe the coffins are related to the Rivenspire achievements (zone questline) and can be bought in Shornhelm along with the bloody bowl.

Edit: I was wrong, just the name is related, but they're sold by the main vendor in the alliance capitals. There are craftable coffins too though.

98% sure that the vampire achievements are found in the vendor in your alliance capital city. For EP, that is Mournhold in Deshaan. There are a few vendors in the downstairs of the bank vendor, check them all.

They are still there. This is the achievement vendor in Wayrest:

Note that there are two achievement furhishing vendors in each capital city - you want the high elf woman with the long name who is selling a long list of items related to main quest achievements, not the one who is only selling a few items for achievements in that map.

You could have found her in Mournhold too. As I said in the first reply to this thread, she shows up in all of the alliance capitals.

Yep.

I just took a screenshot of the one in Wayrest because that's where I was when I saw this topic. It's the same vendor with the same items in all 3 capitals.
