I'm on the grind for level 10 now, I am trying to get more awesome's and insightful's but unless you're smack-talking ZOS or other players (which I try not to do) people don't think you're awesome.

Stop this p2w crap already! Stop miliking your fans!

So, if I feel the irrepressible need to have my level gain acknowledged by strangers, I say "Ding!" and then you reply with the truncated "Grats!", thus validating me? And this makes us cool?CapnPhoton wrote: »Actually it goes back to EQ1 days. I first heard it in 1999. It's acknowledged with a friendly 'grats'. No need to pick this apart too...

How many points are needed for the 7th star? I need to get my forum grind on.

Edit: The absolute fastest way to get stars is to start a complaint thread. Try something either obvious or very controversial, then make outlandish claims with little to no evidence. Point to a website or some other player, then wrap it up with a vague and completely irrelevant meme. Boom, 7 stars.
Edit Edit: Looking at some of the above comments... pretty accurate, no?

The other good way is to be the white knight in a complaint thread. Show no fear and constantly come back to keep the thread bumped even though you claim you hate complaint threads and that this one is pointless. It helps if you can some how make yourself look important and the person complaining like they dont matter. Try these handy phrases, I can afford it, why cant you? I did it, stop being lazy. My whole guild loves it, it is just the vocal minority that hates it. Why are you playingnigyou hate the game? How much is WoW paying you to post on our forums?
Boom, 7 stars.
