Should i create toons of different alliance?

Just want to ask, except the free house in each alliance, will there be something I can't experience if all my toons are in one alliance? （with cadwell sliver and gold questing is not a problem, and because I have a DC guild so I probably won't participate pvp in other two alliances）

You will be able to get the faction motif and the furniture achievement for that faction if you do it.... Thats all you get for having a different faction toon

There are a few Alliance War things that you won't really get if you don't have characters in other alliances - like Alliance motifs and style mats (although you could buy them from other players), or some furniture options (not sure if those ones are bound or if you can buy them too). Nothing important though. At least nothing that I can think of.

No, it's just some of the achievement furnishings. If you are DC, you will only be able to get them with the DC styling. So if you don't plan on doing PVP in another alliance, there's no point in creating new toons.

They are bound. So if you are EP and want a DC banner, you need to get your alliance rank up on your DC toon.

I still have one toon in the other two alliances from way back when it was useful for trading, but there isnt much point to them anymore. If they werent full on banks and horses, I would probably delete them.

With one tamriel it really is uneccesary. Not unless you want to play with your friends on another faction.

PvP with friends in another faction, you can do any PvE content outside of cyrodil.

Raises an question, how would it work doing PvE in Cyrodil with some from another faction, I guess my AoE would hit him, I could target him but not heal him.

I rolled characters in each alliance when I started, thinking that was the only way I would be able to adventure through all of the different zones. Back then the only other way (which I found out later) was through Cadwells silver and gold once you had completed the main story line in your faction.

This has allowed me to go and collect all of the alliance style motifs myself from the Cyrodiil treasure maps instead of buying them. I think it might also make it easier if I want to buy all of the manor houses as I either have, or am close to getting, the required 'Hero' achievement in all 3 alliances.

In response to the above question posed by Zaria - you can adventure with someone from another faction in Cyrodiil but your alliance 'friends' will very quickly attack and kill them if they find you. Cyrodiil is a cruel place and anyone of a different colour is fair game to most people.

You can also get the free apartment for each alliance, or spend gold and just buy them.

Back before guild traders were a thing right? When the only way to buy and sell was either in /zone (where you were only reaching other people in the same alliance), or in guild stores (where you were only reaching other people in the same guild - most of whom were probably all in the same alliance). Yeah, I remember those days. The economy in one alliance could be vastly different from the economy in another, especially as it seemed like relatively few people had characters in more than one alliance.
