Windhelm - Something weird on the ground

So I tend to go around Windhelm everyday, I always go through this street to craft my woodworking daily writ, and I used the house here as my house for my character in RP before housing was released, so I know this place really well, and I know for sure this thing wasn't here before.
I was going to do my usual stuff when I noticed this on the ground:
Some weird marks on the ground, on a line, four of them. I waited there, maybe it was an ability that left that there, but nope... 10 minutes and still there. I relogged, still there. I called a friend to check if they also saw it, they did. What is this? xD
I mean its nothing that breaks the game, but I'm super curious now what is this lol
