Constant Crashes When Zoning Since The Homestead Patch

Since the homestead patch dropped I get constant crashes when travelling from one zone to another.
The sypmtoms are that as soon as the travel is initiated the screen goes black, the game locks up for about 5 seconds and then the bug report submission window appears.
This was terrible on the first day of the patch - I got more than a dozen ocurrences but seemed to settle down a bit after that to the point I was getting 2 or 3 per day.
Since the latest patch on Monday it has become much more frequent again, to the point that every 3rd or 4th time I zone results in a crash - it's extremely frustrating.
A point to note is that this behaviour can and has occurred at any time, not just zoning but it is particularly prevavlent (more than 80%) when zoning.

✭✭✭✭✭Yeah, I see this when zoning into Craglorn. I also see this when exiting the game, after the 10 second countdown completes. Not sure if they are the same thing.0 -

Yes happens to me fairly often on exit as well - I guess exiting counts as rezoning
