Currently I'm looking for the following:
- The brown/gray/red/purple versions of Pattern: Simple Blue Banner
- Diagram: Redguard Streetlamp, Single
- Diagram: Knife, Carving
But I can't find them anywhere. I know the data mines have them listed, but are they actually in game? I've checked the mines for crafting requirements, and it seems the non-blue banners cost a lot more in mats and in craft levels than the blue one - are these only sold by some vendor somewhere? Is there a list that someone's made that says which merchants sell various plans (not actual items, but the plans)?

✭✭✭✭✭I've never seen ANY of those in the game except for the quill and the stack of papers.
It's so difficult to get anything other than the most common blueprints! I get multiples of the common ones every day, but it's extremely rare for me to find a "blue" one, or even the rarer greens.
