Unable to put down seige... Double circle issue
This was pointed out some time ago, but the thread got de-railed... and nothing useful was contributed.

Character is Mag Sorc - running Destruction Staff Ult
This is my main char and this has NOT always happened.
Has been like this for at least the last few weeks now - just don't use this char on a regular basis now.
When going to put down a siege weapon (ballista) the item is selected as per the quickslot, but when attempting to place, there are TWO concentric yellow circles shown.
Inner circle is the normal size for a ballista, the outer is much larger - even larger than that for Treb.
For example, when standing on the corner of a keep wall, the outer circle encompasses the whole top.
Needless to say that once I see both circles, I know I am UNABLE to lay down any siege anywhere.
I have even gone through the process of log out, change char, log in again - no fix.
Unequipped ALL siege and related items, reslotted - no fix.
BUT this is only applicable to ONE character.
I can change to my other MagSorc and no issues at all... works as it should.
Has anyone come across this and if so, what they hell did you do to fix the issue????
