I don't think it was a good idea to put a house in Rawl'Kha.

Houses haven't come to console yet, but on XB1, this place is just a frame rate sink. So many people, standing around doing nothing but casting spells over and over, and the loading screen always comes with the standard "This may be an unusually long load time".

Of course it's unusually long! How many other cities have this many people standing around casting spells?

This is only going to get worse when the house finally opens, which is just the main spell casting area.

I ask the house be moved to Dune.

The medium Khajiit house near Rawl'kha is outside the city, not inside it. Also, there is a house near Dune too, the large Khajiit one.
