not sure what is going on but i have boosted stats and all my abilites cost alot more, potions are also effected and give like 10% of what the usually do
how did use break this ?

Yup, logged into this girl who was parked in Craglorn and her stats are all warped. Other characters who weren't parked in Craglorn, but ported here, seem to be fine.0 -

Unlikely_Ghostbuster✭✭✭✭Same odd thing happened to me, just now. Logged into my main character who I keep parked in Belkarth to do crafting writs and saw that all my stats were wonky. The values for my armor and enchants were a fraction of what they were supposed to be. Checked to see if perhaps this was part of some radical, unannounced class balance experiment and found this page and one other describing the issue.
What's even stranger is that it doesn't seem to be permanent. After I found this thread, I left Craglorn (went to Mournhold) to see if it was a zone-scaling thing and saw that the values on my gear indeed went back to normal. I just went back to Belkarth and my values are still perfectly normal -- they weren't severely smaller, like before.
So bizarre.0 -

Yes, my bf cant port out of Stormhaven and his stats are broken.Magicka sorcerer from start until the end. Always. Through the good times and the bad, even now when its probably saddest PvE dps it has ever been.
Even as an owner of one radiant apex mounts I am against radiant apex mounts and anything thats not obtainable by direct purchase.0 -
OldSmeller✭✭✭This is exactly what I said would happen.
The simple fact that different zones could bug and scale differently means that ZOS has hidden a mechanism to do that for awhile now.
This bug while inconvenient has exposed a sneaky practice. If all zones were scaled evenly and all group content was also scaled evenly, this bug wouldn't technically be possible. If all scale values where universal there would be nothing to "shift" or "offset".
