Where's the best place to stash your gold?

On your character(s) or in the bank? The reason for asking is, I recall people losing all their gold from their bank due to a glitch/bug over a year ago and once before that too. For that reason I have always kept all my gold barring 200k or 300k on all my characters other than 1 character who has all the millions.

I never heard about that bug, and I have 6 characters, so I keep most of it in my bank. That way I can easily withdraw it on whichever character needs to spend it.

I heard about that bug, but in an "squished a long time ago" kind of way... so the bank seems a pretty safe bet.

I keep most of mine in the bank.

I decided I want to save for "Serenety Falls Estate", and to stop me from wasting money I go to the bank and deposit most of my gold whenever I have above 2k (I feel like that is a good amount to have on me).

I've never had enough gold to worry about it, but if those who need somewhere to keep their gold would like to send it to me I'll happily find my own way of resolving the dilemma.

10-20k on each character, the rest on either my main or the bank, if my main is parked for an extended period.

See, this is me with my in-game gold. I'm like one of those old people who stash all their hard earned earnings anywhere but the bank. Never trusted using the bank since a lot of people had issues with their gold. Probably is completely safe now. My main concern now is losing that character with all the millions. It's my crafter, but if i were to lose it, it would be a double whamy.
