Fully leveled skills that are suddenly not

Namely destructive touch. fully maxed years ago and morphed yet the (base) skill bar for this is now only showing as 3/4 full.

✭✭Heh, yeah. Had Poison Injection Maxxed. After it was swapped to the new skill level requirement it had all of its xp removed and degraded into the previous skill.0 -

✭✭It's not weired, it's zos doing lazy coding.
They moved the position of that skill (and some others) and by doing so changed the amount of xp required before you can morph that skill. But they did not implement any check to see if you had morphed that skill previously. So now you didn't earn enough xp to morph it.Edited by lolo_01b16_ESO on February 19, 2017 9:04PM1 -

In my humble opinion (IMHO), your response would be less prideful scorn and more helpful humility if you included the VERSION of the Patch Notes in which this specific change, as described by the player(s), was "documented". Also realize that Patch Notes do not a Friendly Manual make. The ZOS Patch Notes do not have any Player Manual to which to refer, at least not to one published that I've ever seen. Neither do players have one to read, as far as I know (AFAIK). So, what is your point?
FYI, before I retired, there was a time when I was one of the principal contributors to the User Manual(s) for the software which my employer(s) developed, as well as The Editor for some of them.
