Lol you know why meteors were no longer reflect-able? I made a forum post and it received a lot of attention with a video clearly showing the meteor not reflect (Over 500+ views on the Xbox DvR). Let's say next patch meteors were no longer reflect-able because it's an ultimate..... So what about overload and the bow ultimate lmao?
My DK has been clipped and I kinda just resolved myself into it never getting what it really needs which is resource management in magicka reduction across all DK skills (like 300-600 in the heavy costing ones i.e. igneous shield and DB) and a new form of battle roar where if I use an ultimate I should gain like 20 ultimate or even 30 over x seconds that way it'll aid what our regeneration was suppose to be.
I've stopped playing PvP as it has gotten terribly out of hand with the lag being unbearable and my class simply having nothing 'fun' to use in PvP e.g. Flames of Oblivion AoE.
Combat & Gameplay
General
Adjusted the snare applied to the enemy target at the beginning of all charge/teleport abilities (such as Shield Charge, Critical Charge, or Teleport Strike) to be a 60% snare for 750 milliseconds from a 100% snare for 500 milliseconds.
Added the charge snare noted above to Dragon Leap and its morphs.
The snare remains unpurgable, and serves to help charge abilities hit moving targets more reliably without completing locking movement down.
Adjusted all abilities to only allow them to be reflected up to 1 time, previously up to 2 times.
The damage over time effects from abilities such as Searing Strike, Twin Slashes, or Destructive Touch can now be applied to targets that fully or partially absorb the damage from a damage shield, or targets that are blocking.
Abilities that heal based on their damage done (Strife, Puncturing Sweeps, Surge, etc.) will now properly calculate their heal values when the damage is fully or partially absorbed.
So, Many of you may be against this probably cause you main DK or whatever
or some may agree with this.
But Reflective Scales needs a nerf.
-Longer Duration
-Infinite Reflecting
-Chance to reflect. like 20%-40% ?
Reason for this though is cause it completely counters magicka nightblades, or magicka sorcerers
seeing how there is a ton of DKs in PVP lately or PVE. It just makes Ranged DPS hard to play when DKs could spam it every 4 seconds.
with my MagSorc I can only use Curse and Force Pulse or lightning heavy attack (staff)
but my magblade is fully range and I have to run away from a MagDK cause I stand no chance, only could do restoration staff heavy attack or meteor.
