Can't purchase the game

I was in the beta for Elder Scrolls Online 3 years ago. I was interested in getting back into it and logged into my account on their website to purchase the game. My beta account is still active and shows Elder Scrolls Online Beta as my game. I go to the store, click on "More Information" on the Gold Edition of the game, then click on "Buy Now" when I get to the Gold Edition website page. But, whenever I click "Buy Now", it just takes me back to the store. How do I purchase the game with my account that I used in beta?

I have the same problem as well, tried to search for information on if this is a recent issue or something that has been sustaining but haven't been able to find anything. Also, my account works with PS4, just cannot buy the PC version... I would really love to play the game on PC as well, so would hope a solution to this problem...

Same here...that buy now button is just a loop.

Okay, I have something to add to this. I had the same issue but I did find a line on the pre-order for Morrowind that it includes the Tamriel edition. So, logically, I thought that they discontinued selling the tamriel edition because if you want it you should just order the Morrowind edition. So I did. This allowed me to download the launcher and after installing the game (took a long time since it was 40gigs) I tried logging in but it wouldn't let me. I then went back to the store and now the tamriel editions say that I'm not eligible and wouldn't even click to send me back into that infinite loop that I love- okay, maybe I don't love it but at least it brings me some comfort to click a buy now button that I know will just send me to the same page. I searched support and found this line in "what you get with morrowind pre-order": "Please note that if you pre-order ESO: Morrowind, you will not get access to The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited until Morrowind releases on June 6, 2017." So I can't play right now and I have to wait until June? I don't even know what to say to not being able to buy it and if you buy the next version you have to wait 3 months to play.

I was also a beta user and unable to purchase the game or even redeem a code. I would just get sent back to the store page.

My fix was creating a new account. Everything worked fine then. I know it's not a "fix", but it's the best advice I have.
Sucks I had to give up some characters/items from my beta account that I played on active beta welcome-back weekends.

Solved - Something in the redirect when you try and purchase gold or tamriel unlimited edition causes it go back to the store instead of billing. After clicking buy now if you add /billing-address to the end of the link in your address bar up top it fixes the problem, and lets you complete the purchase. Make sure you have the edition you want on the right side of the screen before completing the purchase.

Would like to just update to anyone that had the same problem: I contacted the customer support, and they fixed my account so that I could buy the game. Not sure if the advice given above helps, but at least the customer support was able to do something to make it work

I managed to solve the issue as well without dealing with the long wait for customer service. I bought a key from a 3rd party re-seller. There's a few out there like green man gaming which are legitimate and safe. They often have better prices for games anyways. When I put the key into my account it updated and works just great now.

It's their crappy website. You need to open a ticket.

I'm in the same boat and questioning if I should even bother....I'm so frustrated trying to spend my money here it's kind of stupid.
