Wrong approach. They should rather reward you for helping the group to finish the dungeon, because no one will ever use this option of yours to join a started dungeon.
They should give you full completion of the dungeon if you kill the last boss.
This, simply change it so if you queue for dungeon using the dungeon finder you get completed pledge even if you only help on the last boss, its no way you can game on this as its random.
