Locked Master Restoration Staff

The master restoration staff was locked. With it locked it should not have been altered, deconstructed, or deleted. However I accidentally enchanted it. Virtually getting rid of the original enchantment. Now it is virtually useless. I spent countless hours trying to get this restoration staff from dragon star arena.

Please help.

    I already did my friend. I hope in the future that they will make locked items fully lock. Only recharging on weapons.
