Is there an addon out there which will copy controls universally for all your characters?

✭✭✭Votans Keybinder lets you select which controls will be the same for all characters and accounts that use it.

✭✭✭✭✭I use one called Binder. It's out of date but it still works fine. It lets you save your keybindings by typing a command in chat and then load them the same way.
It's especially useful for me because I want the same settings on all my characters but I also like to experiment with moving them around. So I can save my current preferred layout and then change it and then I can go back to the old one instantly or copy it across to all my characters.
