Config option for increasing bandwidth rate for in game loading?

Seems that this game has a LOT of data to send back and forth when in game, especially when other players are around. Is there a config setting to boost it above whatever the default rate is set to for those of us with beefy enough net connections?

✭The issue is on the server side. So unless you can plug a cat6 cable directly into their server, no setting changes on your end will do much to help it.
