War Researcher - Missing from the Base Maps.

War Researchers were introduced in 2.7.5, but they haven't been added to the base maps. Can they be added to the maps so they can be located quickly? @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

What is a war researcher?
From the linked patch notes:There is now a War Researcher vendor in the base camps of Cyrodiil. These vendors have taken some of the work of the Siege Vendors, to ease their burdens.
