No, you won't complete VMA without knowing the mechanics.

    lol no
and if you ask this question, I would be curious for your DPS also.

go check Alcast's guid about vMA. it's very useful and easy to understand.

This. Alcast will break down the arena for each possible build hilighting key strategies and priorities. High dps will help you with the mechanics. --but it will not allow you to ignore them.

you can watch a million videos on vmsa but it'll always come down to your ability to identify your primary threats and overcome them.

    LND for the win! :)

To OP, vMA is all about taking down priority target as fast as you can, and ignoring some mechanics comes naturally over time as your understanding of the arena increases.

yea I've completed on normal and vet (some rounds a friend helped out) so no what to do to a degree but just wondered if it was possible to completely ignore some round mechanics such as round 6.
plus last did it on stamblade

yes round 6 mechanics can be ignored if you have good enough DPS. Ive also seen a xbox players clip last night of him killing final boss of round 9 BEFORE he teleports up to crystal phase. Was very impressive!

Well I mean yeah. You start to learn them. But you'll die a bit. Or you can take the easy route and just look at deltia or Alcast video and you'll have a good understanding...

The first 2 times I beat VMA, I still had no idea about all of the mechanics. In fact, I'd say about the first 10 times. Lol. It wasn't until way down in my journey of VMA farming, until I realized 1 day that if you stood behind the stone-like barrier on Stage 9 that you wouldn't get pushed off. Lmao. I kid you not. It was 1 of those "ah-ha moments", but at the same time a moment of shame.
