Hello Gina,

Is the help desk manned by robots? This is the "third" generic answer (see below)from
ZOZ help desk. What should I do at this time? Carlee was the first help desk responder!

    Standard to have an automatic return mail to tell that your case in in system.
    Most problems are are common.
    And yes its manned by all the npc you have killed :)

    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    If you want anything done, you have to play their e-mail game. Just keep responding to the e-mails. Eventually someone will actually respond to you.

    After a couple of days of nonsense e-mails from them. :/
