Account Suspended due to a bank fraud alert

I am having a huge problem with my eso billing account I don't know where to go or what to do. I got suspended from eso due to a chargeback that I had nothing to do with, I have tried using the zenimax support ticket system for over a week now and all I get are canned copy and pasted answers that go absolutely no where, Can you please direct me to someone I can talk to to resolve my problem?

    I would suggest talking to your bank about why there was a charge back. Also keep replying to the ticket asking for it to be reviewed. Keep patient and polite. With the holidays I am sure support is under staffed. Hopefully most will be back tomorrow. If you get details on why the charge back let them know in the ticket.

    I had this happen with FFXIV. Exact same issue. This happened in November, and I'm still jumping through hoops to fix it. Hopefully they're more caring about their player base around here.
