I am having a huge problem with my eso billing account I don't know where to go or what to do. I got suspended from eso due to a chargeback that I had nothing to do with, I have tried using the zenimax support ticket system for over a week now and all I get are canned copy and pasted answers that go absolutely no where, Can you please direct me to someone I can talk to to resolve my problem?
