The Morrowind Elf armour looks a bit like the armour worn by the ancient sentinel elf Abelas from DA:I

Gotta agree with @Smepic they don't look alike.
Naruys armor is understated and sleek while the other is big and bulky. Not something a rougish assassin would wear

✭✭✭The armour is Morag Tong, and they don't look similar at all.
I was going to say this, but someone else did it for me. It definitely looks like Morag Tong armor (although the helmet should be made out of a nix hound's head) to me.
