I think a cool idea would be to sell Haunted Houses in the crown store. How would this work?

A haunted house would have random ghosts and demons pop up when you least expect it from a distance or right in your face. Maybe you rarely see a ghost but something out of the corner of you eye always catches your attention....from far away you think you saw someone run down the stairs but are not sure....when you run to investigate either you see nothing or maybe you see a person standing in the corner with their back turned to you. When you walk up to turn them around you are surprised by what you see. Some times (very rarely) when you go to your house objects are not in the same location that you left them in. On occasion you'll hear footsteps in the distance, screams, whispers, etc.. Light sources like fire will randomly be blown out. Maybe you see spirits jumping off cliffs into the water/lava reenacting their final moments of life. The houses available for purchase do not look as lived in, up-kept, and polished as the current ESO houses. The Haunted Houses are run down, cob webs everywhere, cracks in the walls and ceiling, spiders and other bugs scurry across the floor, eyes in paintings will follow your every move, places that looked like they were used for occult sacrifices/rituals, houses that look like they have been abandoned for quite some time, random parts of the house have blood stains or blood stains that look like hands....blood stains that look like something was dragged down the stairs. You could purchase random ghost and demon types to haunt your Haunted House.
