For vampires of Lamae Bal's blood, perhaps, but not necessarily others. After all, in Skyrim, the vampires in Dawnguard are followers of Molag Bal.

In ESO ALL player vampires are created by Lamae and perform the rite of the Scion in which they profane the symbol of Molag Bal. Their core tenet is a hatred for Molag Bal - for instance part of the ritual involves declaring "Molag Bal, father of torment, we curse you! Your children are coming for you, to defile and destroy you". So I highly doubt they would want a giant statue glorifying him in their home.
