which class take least time to complete a VMA in this homestead patch？

It is known that stamina sorc dominate VMA for a long time. After this patch, is it still dominate Vma with hurricane and trap nerfed?

I still believe it will be stamina sorc. Stamina boss burns are just so hard to compete with as a magicka player (outside of the now exiled elegant sorc build) but the real reason stamina sorc sits on top of the throne is because of the healing from crit surge. Because of crit surge a stam sorc doesn't even really have to heal themselves, just sit back and dps while their major brutality buff does the rest.

The massive differences will be seen in trials only imo.

@Akeran as they halfed the Overload resource pool, and all but killed dual wield.

Yeah I saw the overload resource pool deal but not sure I understand the dual wield kill you mentioned. When I have the dual elegant equipped the light attack damage tool tip of overload goes up around 20% still..

I also dont see the overload issue being that much. You are able to burn basically any boss with 500 overload. There might be a few where the only real change is that you simply DPS them normally to about 80 percent and then overload burn them. It's annoying but not game shattering.

Massive is a strong word. Hurricane is still very strong. They only sorcs that will notice a "massive" damage reduction are those that were relying on multiple proc sets to DPS for them. Stam was barely used in trials anyway, but I do agree that this patch didnt make that any better. Outside trials, stam sorcs dominated VMA and VDSA. A nerf was in order. Did they do it right? Jury is still out on that one.

Just did stam sorc with the exact same time as before the patch.
