Help with recovering compromised account

Hello, recently my laptop was compromised with a lot of data on it. Among the data were numerous passwords including info for my Email address. Amongst them was my Elder Scrolls Online account info. I have come here for guidance to make sure I'm doing absolutely everything to Suspend and Recover my account as it is no longer in my hands.

Important: I sent an email to customer support with my original associated email, I also sent them screenshots of my character in game as I like to do so with a program called Mirrilis Action.
I have my reference code saved, but I have not received any sort of confirmation email telling me that my (question) has been submitted. What do I do here? <--

All I would like is the proper guidance in making sure my issue addressed as soon as possible, because I have a lot of valuable crap on my account as well as a good standing with one of the better trading guilds on the EP Faction. Any information, help and tips will go a long way.

    You won't receive a confirmation email right away because you submitted right away as a compromised player. The fact that you contacted in this way should ensure that you are responded to as quickly as possible. It sounds like you're otherwise well-prepared and we did confirm that the ticket was sent to the right department. You should be good from here. :)
