Master writ cp150 or cp160?

So I got a master writ to craft some rubenite armor in legendary quality. My question tho is, does it have to be 160 or can I craft 150 so that I dont waste material? In theory its possible, but since its legendary I wanna be sure.
Magicka sorcerer from start until the end. Always. Through the good times and the bad, even now when its probably saddest PvE dps it has ever been.
Even as an owner of one radiant apex mounts I am against radiant apex mounts and anything thats not obtainable by direct purchase.

    You can make cp150 items and they will work just fine for your master writ.

    You can craft it at cp150.

    For how many vouchers? The most I got so far is 6, it's joke.

    You're lucky, the most i ever got was 4.
    In fact, i've only gotten two master writs, one for 2 vouchers and one for 4 vouchers.

    And i do 24 max level writs a day ...

    I got small ones at first. I'm not a master in everything yet. Got mostly just the weapons left. But I got a writ for 249 last week. I'm doing a 101 right now. So you will get more just keep it up.

    got an +100 yesterday then started doing writs again, nirnhmed + legendary armor.
    Preparing for the chests and coffers.
    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.
