Is there any reason why this place only has room for 300 items while sleek creek which is like 1/4 of the price and size can take 400?
What kinda *** is this? I'm already at 146 items and I literally don't have anything in my house yet, it's just the plants that came with the empty house... that I spent 1.2m on...
This needs to be addressed, and the item limit increased.
You just going to stand there like a lemon?

yeah-the item limits are the bane of housing. i will be patient for the other things we've all asked for. but the big places you just can't do anything to your satisfaction before you run out of space and then you just wince at every cool thing you acquire that you can't place. i sincerely hope they give us a way to raise the item limits

The item limit is part of what put me off getting a big house. With the smaller ones I think the item limit isn't too much of a problem - if 1 tapestry can fill up a whole wall it's not hard to fill the whole place, but I think as the houses get bigger the number of items needed to make it look full increases more than the item limit allows. Especially for the ones with lots of inside space that look quite light and open like the redguard and breton houses.

(Or maybe my decorating style just doesn't suit it and I should be aiming for something more minimalist.)

If you don't normally subscribe one option is to collect another 300 items (or whatever the limit is for your house of choice) and then buy 1 month of ESO Plus, place them and then cancel the sub again. But the problem then is you wouldn't be able to swap out items without buying ESO Plus again. Also you need to store all that furniture somewhere until you can place it.

As I said a few times before, ZOS, please consider doubling the item limit on furnishing items in all houses. Even with ESO+ it's so hard to fully decorate a large house with only 600 items. I don't mind if it increases the loading times when I enter my house until all items are loaded or if it may cause a slight drop in fps.
