LGBT Guild Charter
The idea of the LGBT and LGBT-Friendly players guilds are pretty straight forward but for clarification purposes, please keep reading!
Just as with any other guild or community, We are a group (Community) of people with shared interests within our society. (Online and RealLife)
Many of us come from various backgrounds, including but not limited to, Ethnicity, Gender, Gender Orientation, Gender Identity, Religious, Political, Cultures, Countrys, Ages of Generation. (Regeneration for Tinaka since she's a Timelord!)

So who is allowed?

Short answer: EVERYONE! (Mature Minded/Acting Only)
Just as long as they respect their fellow memebers, given the amount of various backgrounds that no two people will ever be alike, recruits up to guild masters alike should be prepared to accept that you can please and agree with some members some of the time, but you can't make them all agree and happy with every outcome EVER!

Who is NOT allowed?

Those who intentionaly Harm/Disrupt other paying subscribers paid/free game time on any scale, Including but not limited to...

(These are great rules for anyone, not just guildmembers)

1. Spamming, griefing or insulting players, Guilmembers/XGuild Members/Non Members/Any form of employee for ESO Game) These people and more are all equally important to each other, We all have bought our games and thus we are entitled to enjoyable gameplay, without enough of us enjoying the game there wouldnt be one!

2. Intentionally hurting playability of gameplay for others, including but not limited to....
Trolling public chat/private party/guild/forums, as well as violating Game rules and/or Terms of Service (EULA/ToS)

3. Any form of hatred towards the LGBT community and/or people of any of the various backgrounds players derive from. (See 1 . above for example)

4. Use of hateful wording, threats, hurtful jokes at anyones exspense, continued unwelcome contact with any other players.
