They are completely useless, especially charged on maelstrom weapons (Doesn't effect anything)

Make it something usable, for example
charged -> increases effectiveness of your dmg over time effects by up to 5% (when gold)
Prospereous -> increases your max health by up to 4%

It would make those traits usable, so its not deconstruction fodder

ALSO FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, REMOVE MAELSTROM 1H/Shield

    Charged does not do what you think it does.

    I'm not saying it's good, I'm just saying it has to do with bonus procs from the damage type you're dealing, not your enchantment.

    Yeah, I've created full purple prosperous set and result is amazing.

    Still its not an trait who belong on endgame sets. Keep it on crafted and general drops perhaps boost it a bit too.
    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    It only applies to the elemental status effects

    I agree. Prosperous & Training need to be removed from 160 CP end game sets(Dungeon sets, Trial sets, Overland sets, Arena sets)

    Humble Khajiit has been running a full set of prosperous for farming and earned a LOT of gold.
    This one shall not mock the trait any more. Khajiit has the 'deposits' for numerous houses because of this.
