Mudcrab Chitlin

thesongoftimeb14_ESO
Searched for help and couldn't find it. I have opened up every trait in alchemy except for the one that would be protect on the Mudcrab Chitlin. I even put the two other alchemy ingredients that have protect for a trait, out of my craft bag and onto another character. Going back with formulas for the add-on, selecting must use protect and must use Chitlin, I am unable to come up with a recipe to bust open protect on the Chitlin. I also just tried messing around and picking random flowers, but was unable to come up with one. I also looked on the web, but seems they are out of date and don't have the recent ingredients. Anyone have an idea to get that trait learned? I also just ate 4 straight with no avail. sigh. Thanks.

    Mudcrab Chitlins ... mmmm.

To learn the traits, simply combine it with like reagents at an alchemy table. There are a number of good guides on the web including Sunshine Daydream's guide.

Eating raw ingredients is so 2011.

Thank you, but its not updated for the recent recipes you can make with insects and such. No protection formulas.

Sunshine Daydream's guide is the best alchemy guide out there. The best one I've seen, anyway. It's up to date and has tons of useful info beyond just listing all of the traits of all of the ingredients.

Also, did you eat a piece? As that opens up one trait.
