Me and others have a blurry UI

If I set sub sampling to Medium it gives me a crisp clear ui with downscaled graphics however if it's set to High SubSampling then my UI is blurry and the game is crisp.
I've tried relogging, relaunching and adjusting my settings however the above is the end result regardless.
