Is it possible to improve a piece of jewelry from epic to legendary? I'm referring to set items. I only ask because I tried but it didn't change but burned the kuta.

lol kuta is enchantment. it does not in any way effect quality of the piece of equipment you put it on.v160 spellsword (nightblade)
