Yes, I am having same issue, along with invisible mobs and players, long time to load players, invisible walls/floors. Towns take way longer to load then prior homestead.

I've been hours today and haven't got on yet. Once past the cyclic "repair" message, I'm now into the purpetual loading screen.
Last one was about 15 minutes before I gave up and did a ctrl-alt-delete in hopes that would work. It didn't.
So my choices are watch the loading screen till I dc OR,,,,,,,,,, choose ctrl-alt-delete so I can get a new loading screen to view for 15 minutes.

Oh,............. decisions............ decisions......................

Loading screens have increased in length by upwards of a minute or so, and the game has a distinct frequency to kick a player out to the Title Screen with the message "Cannot Connect to Game Server. Make Sure you Have a Valid Internet Connection."

I quit out to the dashboard and check my router, and Xbox LIVE is still going strong on my Xbox, and my Google Fiber connection is always uninterrupted. So I know it's not my internet connection.

I generally am only able to play later at night. But it happens frequently from 9pm US CST thru midnight/1am US CST. There's no specific in-game action I can link it to. I happens everywhere: from the random loading screens as I run through the wilderness and towns (which have been increasing in frequency and length as well), to trying to enter an Outlaw's Refuge, to entering a town, entering a building, loading in from a Wayshrine travel, to... pretty much any activity in the game. Once the game kicks me to the Title Screen, it's a crap shoot on how soon I can get back into the game. Sometimes it lets me right back in. Other times it takes two or three tries to get back into the game. Other times I have to go completely back to the Xbox dashboard, quit the game, then fire it back up again.

Alongside this, the lag and framerate drops have vastly been increasing in length and frequency as well. Most combats, even when out in the wilderness by myself, there's a distinct .5 second - 3 second lag between hitting a button, and the desired command executing. Sometimes the game runs normal, then without warning, the lag kicks in and it takes forever for the game to execute the controller commands. It happens more frequently when in a town, but is still very frequent when out in the wilderness. It has been the direct cause in my death in everything from normal 1v1 NPC enemy fights, to 1v5-10 mob fights, to really punishing me during Dolmen fights and World Boss/Delve Boss fights.

It will never be resolved the game becoming a piece of poop it lags so much loading screens and am just waiting for there servers to crash .I started as a beta tester then went to Xbox one and for years this fracking game continued to become worse it seems they keep breaking it not fixing it.
Here's a idea start a petition get a lot of signatures tell them if they don't fix the issues we all stop paying for there crowns let it go viral then let's see how fast they fix the game .Am being serious about this something has to change the game has bugs and not small ones mind you but big as ones enough to cause loading screens and crash issues and lagg .
There excuse is are internet contact are providers well my provider sent a tec to my home found no issues at all not one .
So boils down to they don't want to take the responsibility for their actions and admit that there game has major issues .
