Based on what they've said previously, NO, they are not planning to add them to the game. Also based on the Morrowind announcement, in which they mentioned 'with Morrowind it would be a good time to start a new character with the Warden class being added' implies they are not planning to add one.

For me its not about starting a new class, its about all the stuff I have done on the one charater(I have only one class, and have a played time: 72 days(Been away for over 1 year)).

Yes, but ZOS figures the more people who create new characters means they'll be in the game longer which equates to more chances they'll buy things in the Crown Store or subscribe. ZOS is all about money, not about making things convenient for players.
Plus, they'd have to figure out how to deal with leveled skills and such, although it seems to me they could do like they did with Werewolf and Vampire, in which your character retained it's memory of the skills if you ever were cured and decided to return to WW or Vamp, your skills would still be where you left off. Yet, respecing a Class would mean having to completely re-level all your skills, and leveling at 1-50 is easier because of battle leveling in One Tamriel, but after level 50 you no longer have those buffs... which means if you change classes at VR160 and have to re-level all your Class skills from the beginning, content would probably be much more difficult and players would be complaining.

This is beyond stupid... All game companies are after money. On top of that, no game has offered class changes. Ya know, and the convenience items in the crown store lol

Not sure if your post was sarcastic or not, but DCUO offers 'power' changes, which is the same thing as a class change.

This is what most people don't understand. It's not about the class so much as it's about achievements, research, motifs known, time played, riding skills, ECT. I'd start over with my main if I could but I can't because I would loose so MUCH.
Hope not, lol. I mean it's not very difficult levelling a new toon, you can do it in a week or less. Class respeccing just seems like a terrible idea.

You can't do it in a week if you only get a couple of hours to play each week.
Why is class respeccing a bad idea? The warden class looks cool, but I'm not starting a new character to play it.

A week is if you only play a few hours a day. It takes about ~10 hours to go from level 1 to 50. I could see the point of a class respecc if it took weeks to hit max, but it doesn't.
