After the server crash Friday night (Feb. 10), the provisioning set (cooking fire) I got from the crown store no longer has a fire animation. My game crashed while I was in Housing Editor mode in the house, so that might have something to do with it. The other animations in the house (fireplace fires, pets) work fine. I tried putting the provisioning set away and then placing it again, but it still doesn't work. It actually works fine for provisioning, so I know I placed it correctly. It's just the animations that are borked. You might want to check this out.

I exited from the game and reloaded it, and it still doesn't work properly.
