Wormsquasher achievement bugged?

Basically I want to get the Autumn's gate house, however it seems my quest line may be bugged because here http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Shattered_Hopes it says 'Help King Jorunn defeat the Worm Cult at Honrich Tower' I don't exactly remember doing that mission but I do remember doing a long quest line after quest line. Now he is currently at Trolhetta summit way shrine in the Rift and says ' I have a message for you - from Vanus Galerion of the mages guild. I have already spoken to Vanus and now I am doing the 'restore the hollow city' questline.

    It also says at Trolheta 'Help the ebonheart pact defeat the worm cult' so I should have the achievement

    I'm, having the same issue. I defeated this guy during the quest line in The Rift, but now I can't get back up there to try to kill him again so I can get teh achievement and buy the house.

    Ok So I ended up travelling around to find another quest line and I came across Holgun at Honrich Tower Wayshrine. He should have a quest available for you. Do that questline and at the end off shattered hopes I believe you should get the 'Wormsquasher' achievement.
